How do you communicate with your clients
Your dedicated Account Manager will be pleased to discuss your requirements and service levels at any time. Additionally, we are able to send the following email notifications to contracts at each site as required:
- Pre Service
We will notify you in advance of each service visit, letting you know that our team will be servicing your site.
- Post Service
We will provide monthly attendance reports that will notify you of all successful service visits. This same information can also be accessed in real time via our customer portal, which can be access via the UK Gritting Service website.
- Monthly Attendance Report
We will provide monthly attendance reports covering all of your sites, which will help identify services delivered during the previous month.
- Web Portal
All designated site contacts will have access to our web portal, within which they will be able to view both current and historic service and billing data.
- Issues On Site
Should our servicing team identify any issues on site, we will notify you and provide you with details of the issue.
