How do you communicate with your seasonal operators regarding any changes or special instructions

Our innovative Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system works on a real time basis.
Should there be any changes to your account or special instructions needed, we can notify our seasonal operators />SAP but sending them a notification.
This is fed to them via notifications through our mobile reporting devices that all of our seasonal operators are supplied and trained to use.
