We agree this when defining and setting up your contract.

Our standard mechanical clearance service includes: one third of car parking spaces (for instance those closest to the building, visitors bays and disabled allocated parking).

All service and access roads. together with delivery areas (allowing enough passage for vehicles) and pedestrian routes (providing reasonable pedestrian access such as walk ways to and from the building. car parks and fire exits) which are cleared manually.
