Will the team visiting our site be the same each time
To maintain continuity and familiarisation of your site. we try to ensure that the same seasonal operators attend your site at each visit, however this is not always feasible and we may need to send a different operator occasionally.
Please rest assured that all of our seasonal operators are trained and experienced in snow clearance and gritting and will be fully briefed on your site access and needs prior to attending the site visit.

Our success rate for site attendance is extremely high and unless there have been issues beyond our control, for example road closures or site access issues, then we will endeavour to get to site.

What time is the snow cleared
