Can I cancel a scheduled gritting attendance
Our service is contract based and your insurance is for the duration of this contract.
A break in service would effectively break the insurance policy.
If you are aware of dates when the site will be closed for operation, please ensure that you inform us of these dates at the start of the contract.

Our success rate for site attendance is extremely high and unless there have been issues beyond our control, for example road closures or site access issues, then we will endeavour to get to site.
